Data Deletion Instructions

Revoke access on Facebook

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites.
3. Find COST in the list and click Remove.

This immediately invalidates all access tokens stored by the App.

Request full data deletion

To have all records (user profile, ad accounts, campaigns, insights, Keitaro conversions, tokens) permanently removed from our database, send an email to andreysilver13@gmail.com from the email linked to your Facebook account, or include your Facebook user ID.

Requests are processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
